As a Fraud Investigation Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Developing and implementing compliance programs to align with regulatory requirements
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic guidance to clients
- Collaborating with clients to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation to inform compliance strategies and recommendations
- Maintaining adherence to professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct
- Leading compliance training sessions to educate clients on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance activities to validate alignment with governance frameworks
- Supporting the development of compliance frameworks and controls to address emerging risks
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen understanding of regulatory changes and their impact on clients
- Investigating and analyzing suspicious activities and transactions to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
- Conducting investigations involving Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud.
- Identifying and managing fraud typologies, including Identity Theft, Account Abuse, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, and Scams.


What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Fraud investigation and analysis of suspicious activities and transactions to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
- Investigation of Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud cases.
- Identification and management of fraud typologies, including Identity Theft, Account Abuse, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, and Scams.
