As a Fraud Investigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements
- Implementing compliance programs and frameworks to mitigate risks for clients
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and inform risk assessments and compliance strategies
- Supporting the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs
- Collaborating with team members to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance internal controls
- Monitoring transactions to prevent financial crimes and validate compliance with standards
- Providing guidance on compliance strategies and regulatory reporting requirements
- Applying business ethics and professional standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform compliance decisions
- Participating in compliance training and development to enhance personal growth and team success
- Investigating and analyzing suspicious activities and transactions to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
- Conducting investigations involving Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud.
- Identifying and managing fraud typologies, including Identity Theft, Account Abuse, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, and Scams.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Fraud investigation and analysis of suspicious activities and transactions to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent behavior.
- Investigation of Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud cases.
- Identification and management of fraud typologies, including Identity Theft, Account Abuse, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, and Scams.
