Would you like to help prevent financial crime and stop proceeds from reaching organised criminal networks? We are looking for two Fraud Analysts for full-time, fixed-term positions covering temporary absences within our team. No formal degree or education is required.
FCP Defence Centre is a central security function in the Norwegian and Northern European financial ecosystem. Every year, we monitor more than three billion transactions, identify over 100,000 fraudulent transactions, and help prevent losses worth billions from being channelled to criminals. Our services detect and stop the misuse of cards and payment information for more than 80 banks across 11 countries. You will join a team of approximately 30 colleagues who identify trends and patterns to reduce financial losses for our customers, working closely with other teams in Financial Crime Prevention.
The positions are full-time and temporary. Our analysts work shifts covering mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. The roles therefore suit candidates who can work reliably across a rotating 24/7 schedule.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and accurate. You take responsibility, make sound independent assessments, and remain attentive when the pace is high. You also recognise the value of teamwork, communicate clearly, and are open to learning new tools and adapting to change.
We offer a structured in-house training programme in fraud prevention and analysis for all new employees. You will take on meaningful and challenging work in a strong professional environment, with supportive colleagues, opportunities to develop your knowledge, and access to career and development programmes. You will be part of an active and welcoming workplace with strong results in its field.
