Your Key Responsibilities

• Work as part-time or holiday worker in assigned departments or operational areas.
• Assist in various administrative tasks or operational duties in assigned departments.
• Support team members with meeting preparations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Perform research on assigned topics.

Your Qualifications

• Are incoming freshmen, transfer students, or current full-time students at Francis Marion University.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Are majoring in engineering.
• Are full-time students in good academic standing, progressing satisfactorily toward a degree
• Plan to pursue a career in engineering with Schaeffler.
• Monitor and confirm ongoing eligibility each semester for scholarship renewal based on criteria compliance
