Speedy Freight USA is seeking experienced Franchise Sales Development Managers to support franchise owners and sales teams in driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and sales excellence across our growing franchise network.
This is a US-wide, field-based role, so we are open to candidates based anywhere in the United States, provided you are comfortable with extensive nationwide travel.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced logistics sales professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. Rather than managing sales activity remotely, you will spend significant time working directly alongside franchise owners and sales representatives in their territories, demonstrating effective prospecting techniques and helping convert opportunities into new business wins.
Extensive travel is a core requirement of this position. You should expect to spend approximately 75% of your working time travelling across the United States, working alongside franchisees and sales teams in their local territories.
You will regularly travel to different franchise locations and territories, often spending several days working directly with franchise owners and sales representatives in the field.
There will also be an occasional requirement to attend the Speedy Freight USA office in Dallas, Texas for meetings, training, team collaboration and other business requirements.
Because of the nature of the role, this position is not tied to a specific city or office, and we welcome applications from candidates based anywhere across the US who are comfortable with the travel commitment.
