About the job

As the Franchise Order Operations Analyst, you would act as a trusted member of the LSE Franchise Trading team to support brand E2E strategy and vision. You would drive operational excellence in execution of Customer Service accountabilities of all Franchise Partners collaborating with all cross-functional partners across the Distribution Centers to ensure execution of order management, returns management and consolidated reporting views focusing on order status for Levi Strauss & Co. Europe (LSE).

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure on time delivery to stores according to requested delivery date with a special focus on LSE product launches, capsules, collaborations or commercial tests (Pride, window campaigns…) to be aligned with Merchandising and/or Marketing strategy and timelines
  • Anticipate new store opening plans, coordination across all partners ensuring on time and complete new opening package
  • Close follow-up on customer service activities, inbound/outbound with DC, initial stock order allocation, in SAP and in retail management system including management of delivery dates, any kind of blocks, pricing conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, DC, transporters and Franchise Partners on operational solutions to cope with external constraints or disruptions (holidays, strikes, other events)
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Trader to ensure good product representation on floor, on-time delivery drops, appropriate phasing of the deliveries (with a strong focus on pre-shipment opportunities)
  • Take an active role in WOR (Weekly Operational Review) meetings to provide visibility on current situation from operational point of view and directly support internal action plan
  • Build trust and collaboration with Franchise Partners, with their stores and with their representatives to ensure strong partnership and communication
  • Participate in specific ad hoc distribution projects (Dorsten implementation, returns management, standardized and consolidated ways of working …)

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Retail Management, Business management or Finance
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in corporate (preferably in operational function) or retail environment
  • Ability to analyze and assess impact of decisions on department and cross-functional business partners
  • Proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions.
  • English and Freanch fluent, spoken and written
  • Will be required for travel up to 5% of the time (market visit, customer or internal meetings)

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is 96,000 PLN - 127,900 PLN per year The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs.
