The Franchise Lead, Rare Tumours, Germany, reporting to the Head of Commercial, Germany, is responsible for achieving the revenue & profit targets and deliver against growth expectations. The incumbent inspires and motivates the Sales- and Marketing Organization Rare Tumours / NF1 and provides strategic & operational direction and leadership. The Franchise Lead is accountable for implementing a collaborative culture and driving cross-functional partnership across Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Market Access and other cross-functional partners. In collaboration with the International Rare Tumours / NF1 Teams and relevant stakeholders (i.e. Marketing / Commercial Operations / Market Access), the incumbent leads the analysis of the current business and drives interpretation of insights to design, implement, monitor and adjust the commercial strategy and tactics. In close alignment with the global and international stakeholders, the FL ensures seamless and efficient implementation of customer-facing and digital/multichannel commercial initiatives. The Franchise Lead is expected to identify the best talent and build-up and lead a high-performance team and continuously develop the skills and capabilities of the team.
