You will play a significant role in enabling bp's franchise growth engine -- the systems, processes, and analytical rigor that turn strategic ambition into real results on the ground
This is not a back-office coordination role. You will be responsible for the operating rhythm that keeps franchise expansion moving: building the models that inform investment decisions, designing the processes that reduce friction, and driving the simplification of systems and ways of working so the business can scale faster with less complexity.
You will work across teams to ensure commitments become outcomes, decisions are backed by data, and the franchise growth machine operates with rigor and clarity
