Job Title:
Lead Qualifier Location: Tamarac, FL (Preferably On-site), Remote candidates considered Department: Franchise Development Reports to: Vice President of Franchise Development Employment Type: Part-Time Travel: Limited We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time Lead Qualifier to join our PuroClean franchise development team. As a Lead Qualifier, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential franchise candidates who are interested in owning and operating a restoration franchise. Your primary objective will be to ensure that only the best candidates are chosen to become franchisees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and leads generated from various sources including websites, trade shows, and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial phone screening with potential franchise candidates to assess their interest and qualifications
  • Evaluate the candidate's financial capability, business acumen, and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the franchise
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to interested candidates to provide additional information and answer any questions they may have
  • Schedule and conduct Discovery Days, a day-long event where interested candidates can learn more about our franchise opportunity and meet with members of our team
  • Collaborate with franchise development team to ensure that all candidates meet the franchise's standards and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all candidate interactions and communications in the franchise database
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the franchise development team on how to improve the candidate selection process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the franchise industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with potential candidates
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to travel occasionally for franchise shows and Discovery Days
