Summary

  • Respond to all incoming customer calls and walk-in traffic to the industries showroom, greeting everyone.
  • Process orders, quotes and supporting documentation associated with sales activities accurately and timely to include credit card payments.
  • Receives and disperses incoming mail.
  • Log in checks received from print shop and incoming mail.
  • Monitor profit/loss report for the frame shop.
  • Properly access and resolve customer problems or complaints using the customer inquiry process and established policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the downtown frame shop by coordinating and dropping off and picking up projects weekly.
  • Assist external/outside sales representatives as required.
  • Enter sales order into database for the sales team.
  • Serves as back-up supervisor for the frame shop.
