Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Track project progress and support the Scent Design Manager (SDM) in all required project activities

• Prepare and coordinate submission packages, including fragrance samples (oil and/or applied formats), client presentation letters, and technical documentation

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical documents such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), International Fragrance Association (IFRA) certificates, Product Data Sheets (PDS), and Certificates of Analysis

• Consolidate and organize sensory and technical project information, including olfactive descriptions, fragrance mapping, and performance test data

• Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders

• Coordinate Sample Lab activities and prioritize sample production according to project timelines

• Maintain and update business tracking systems with information related to wins, losses, business retention, and New Product Introductions (NPI)

• Support internal coordination across teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and with quality

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project tracking tools

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Experience in project coordination, sales support, or customer-facing roles

• Strong organizational and project tracking skills, with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English and Spanish required

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetic, or consumer goods industry

• Familiarity with technical documentation (MSDS, IFRA, PDS)

• Knowledge of project management tools or ERP systems
