Role : Fragrance Development Manager Beauty - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Win/Defend business profitably by leading pro-active and reactive fragrance development projects of major size & strategic importance and by developing olfactive vision at regional level.
• Define, drive, implement and follow-up relevant action plans mobilizing FDMs, perfumers and any other relevant functions ; be a solid partner to Perfumers and other stakeholders
• Master evaluation protocols.
• Ensure a testing plan is in place and executed to identify winning candidates, integrating learnings into development process.
• Support sales effort, interacting with clients, building strategic working relationships, contributing to impactful presentations to clients and acting as an olfactive advisor when required.
• Constantly develops in-depth market insights, detect olfactive trends and needs for category and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions
