FRACTURING JUNIOR ENGINEER

LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina

DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES

Purpose:

Support the safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of Fracturing Services by assisting in the design, operational implementation, evaluation, and administrative follow‑up of field activities. Analyze well and operational parameters applying established technical criteria and decision‑making guidelines under supervision, ensuring alignment with Tenaris and customer expectations and contributing to the development of operational performance indicators

Main responsibilities:

  • Strengthen technical proficiency in operational development, performing
    detailed analysis of the variables involved to support safe, efficient,
    and high‑quality execution of field activities.
  • Complete all assigned training plans and company‑required
    certifications, ensuring full compliance with the development path
    established for the role and fulfilling responsibilities aligned with
    Tenaris technical and operational standards.
  • Prepare and close operational documentation, including statistics,
    inventory records, operational logs, safety reports, audit findings,
    field inspections, safety meeting records, and the follow‑up and closure
    of various operational databases.
  • Monitor the operational program, ensuring timely availability of
    materials, tools, and equipment required for the successful execution of
    assigned or requested tasks.
  • Conduct reviews with Operations teams to identify improvement
    opportunities, reinforce best practices, and contribute to continuous
    enhancement of field performance.
  • Address and resolve pending items related to Operations and Engineering
    documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper traceability.
  • Request, coordinate, and follow up on laboratory tests associated with
    assigned jobs, ensuring results are integrated into operational and
    engineering decisions.
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in meeting daily operational plans and
    achieving safe and efficient execution of field programs.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the reporting line,
    providing effective support to overall operations and contributing to
    service excellence.
