We're looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead who sees the big picture, knows what moves the needle, and can help us get more out of what we've already built. Less starting from scratch. More making the whole machine work smarter.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching marketing strategy, aligned with business growth goals.
• Connect paid ads, SEO, cold email, social, and other channels into a cohesive plan.
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and underperforming channels across the marketing mix.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, data, and available resources.
• Align messaging, positioning, and campaigns across channels for a consistent brand experience.
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting to measure what's working and what needs to change.
• Collaborate with existing teams and specialists to turn strategy into execution.
