We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re a U.S.-based tech company with a high bar for talent, ownership, and execution — and we’re intentional about building a strong, globally distributed team from the start.
We're looking for a hands-on Fractional Finance & Strategy Lead who can help us model, plan, and make data-driven decisions across the company.
Specifically, you'll:
Build financial models, projections, and scenario plans
Analyze unit economics and work backwards from revenue targets to inform hiring and growth plans
Pull and analyze customer data to surface insights that shape strategy
Build pricing and ROI models to support sales conversations
Prepare materials for investor updates and help manage investor relationships
Work with our outsourced accounting firm on monthly and quarterly reporting
Work directly with our founder / CEO as a hands-on execution partner
Recent work at early-stage, VC-backed startups (Seed through C), in hands-on Finance/Strategy/BizOps roles
A background in investment banking, management consulting, and similar strategic finance roles
Financial modeling and projections are your bread and butter
Experience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS products, and highly comfortable modeling standard SaaS metrics
Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiency
Based in the USA or Canada only
Nice-to-haves:
SQL skills
Exposure to AI software businesses and outcome-based pricing models
We offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located. The salary ranges in our job postings are intentionally wide because they need to cover both U.S. and international candidates. Our final offer will depend on things like your experience, skill set, and location.

Reflow gives operations teams real-time visibility into how work actually flows, so they can identify what to optimize and automate what matters. It shows leaders where work slows down across teams and systems and what's driving cost and friction.
Teams can get up and running in a day and start seeing where work breaks or drifts, without a heavy setup process.
From there, Reflow surfaces the highest-impact opportunities for optimization and automation, so prioritization isn't guesswork. As changes roll out, teams can track whether they reduced cost, improved speed and quality, or lowered risk, and measure ROI over time.
