We are seeking a highly personable and charismatic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of an established NPO focused on essential meal distribution in South Africa. This is a critical leadership appointment for an individual who can command both the balance sheet and the boardroom. Approximately 80 hours required in the first month, with hours reducing later.
As a key driver of strategy and culture, you will possess a unique blend of rigorous technical financial expertise and an inspiring leadership presence. You will work closely with the executive team during an upcoming leadership transition, taking full ownership of financial control while working alongside the COO, who oversees operational management.
10+ years of proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
