Board Match-Up is partnering with, a fast-growing industrial AI company helping enterprises improve operational reliability, prevent equipment failures, and accelerate smarter maintenance decisions through AI-powered predictive insights.

The company works across sectors such as manufacturing, maritime, logistics, airports, rail, energy, and industrial infrastructure, supporting organizations in their transition toward Industry 5.0 environments.

As part of its next phase of growth, the company is looking to engage senior industry leaders as Fractional Advisors / Advisory Board Members to support expansion across:

• Southeast Asia

• Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)

• Japan

• United Kingdom

This is a strategic advisory role designed for senior leaders who bring deep experience from industrial enterprises, technology solutions businesses, infrastructure ecosystems, or consulting environments.

The advisors will act as trusted external thought partners to the leadership team by:

• Challenging and refining GTM priorities

• Sharing market and buyer insights

• Helping the company navigate industrial enterprise environments

• Facilitating relevant ecosystem introductions where appropriate

• Providing practical guidance to support scaling and market expansion

This is a non-operational, non-fiduciary role and does not involve direct sales execution or revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input on GTM priorities, market expansion, and customer positioning.

• Share insights on industrial buyer behavior, enterprise procurement, pricing considerations, and channel strategies.

• Help leadership evaluate and strengthen market-entry approaches across target geographies.

• Facilitate strategic introductions within industrial, enterprise, infrastructure, utilities, or consulting ecosystems where relevant.

• Act as an independent sounding board to challenge assumptions and provide practical, experience-based guidance.

• Share market intelligence and perspectives on industrial transformation, operational technology, AI/IoT adoption, and enterprise infrastructure trends.

Ideal Advisor Profile:

• Senior executives from industrial, infrastructure, engineering, automation, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, or technology-led organizations.

• Leaders who have built or scaled industrial technology, enterprise solutions, or transformation businesses.

• Senior professionals from consulting or advisory firms with deep experience in industrial, infrastructure, or operational transformation environments.

• Executives with strong ecosystem relationships across enterprise customers, system integrators, channel partners, infrastructure stakeholders, or public-sector environments.

• Leaders transitioning into portfolio, advisory, board, or fractional careers who would like to contribute strategically to high-growth companies.
