As an FRA Accountant supporting our Financial Reporting & Accounting team, you will be trusted to maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with internal controls, and deliver timely, high‑quality financial reporting that supports decision‑making across the organization.
Collaborating with local and regional finance teams to ensure accurate books of accounts, timely reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
Maintaining financial accounting records in SAP and Excel, verifying daily transactions, and ensuring data integrity.
Preparing and supporting internal and external financial reports, including actuals, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reporting.
Ensuring compliance with SOX, AFCM, and local tax regulations, supporting audits, and maintaining required documentation.
Performing balance sheet reconciliations — including bank accounts, fixed assets, and supplier confirmations — ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
Experience:
2–4 years in accounting or auditing, ideally within a multinational environment.
Proven experience in financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvement.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of financial systems, sub‑ledgers, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
