
Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s degree or master degree in chemical engineering (S1) from university
b) Minimum 10 years experiences in relevant process safety engineering design upstream oil and gas topside facilities.
c) Knowledge of industry standards such as API, IEC 61508/61511 (Functional Safety), ISO, DNV, ABS, and IMO regulations
d) Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment, and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA)
e) Experience in develop main deliverable such as Process Safety Design Basis, Conceptual Designs of Process Safety, Specifications, Simulations, Calculations, Datasheets, Standard Drawings, Hazardous schedule, hazardous area classification drawing, escape route layout drawing, HAZID/HAZOP and etc with related process safety design aspect.
f) Experience to use software such as PIPENET, FLARESIM, dan PHAST and ensure safe evacuation and rescue plans for FPU personnel (EERA)
