Compare the condition of the product at different stages of the repair process against checklists previously established.
Prove qualification con at least three of the following disciplines: Eddy Current Inspection, Penetrate Inspection, Quality Control (Visual, Dimensional and others described in the work instructions), Receiving Inspection, Tool Inspection, Ultrasound Inspection, X Ray Inspection, Certifying Staff.
Comparar el estado del producto en las diferentes etapas del proceso de reparación con listas de verificación previamente establecidas.
Demostrar calificación con al menos tres de las siguientes disciplinas: Inspección por corrientes de Foucault, Inspección de penetración, Control de calidad (visual, dimensional y otros descritos en las instrucciones de trabajo), Inspección de recepción, Inspección de herramientas, Inspección por ultrasonido, Inspección por rayos X, Personal certificador.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties:
1. To observe the labor practices dictated by the company's Code Ethics and the regulatory manuals issued.
2. To follow the approved work instructions issued
3. Prepare reports about condition status of the product.
4. All those activities inherent and/or related to their work, as well as the task of their category.
5. Adhere to standardized word activities, as well as actively participate in their continuous improvement according to the needs of the business.
6. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:
• Audits
• Kaizen events
Tareas:
1. Observar las prácticas de trabajo dictadas por la ética de la compañía y los manuales regulatorios publicados.

3. Preparar reportes del estado de la condición del producto.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

• Experiencia:/Experience: Como sea requerido para cumplir con los requisitos de la posición / As required to meet qualifications of the position
• Conocimientos:/Knowledge: Cumplir con el programa de entrenamiento inicial y recurrente para la posición, demostrar conocimiento y practica en el manejo de las instrucciones de trabajo, manejo básico de computadora / Meet the requirements of the initial and recurrent training program for the position, demonstrate knowledge and proficiency when dealing with work instructions, basic skill for computers.
• Competencias:/Competencies: Estar certificado en al menos 1 de las siguientes operaciones/ Competencies:/Competencies: Be certified in at least 1 of the following operations:
a) Inspección en YLD, PP & Final. (Quality Control Inspection) Inspección visual y dimensional / Inspection in YLD, PP & Final. (Quality Control Inspection) Visual and dimensional inspection.
b) Estar certificado en Airflow, Magnetoscopio y Clase / Be certified in Airflow, Magnetoscope and Class.
c) Certificado en Recibo / Certificate of Receipt.
List preferred job-related qualifications if different from above.
• Idioma/ Language: Leer, escribir y entender inglés. / Read, write, and understand English.
