  • Designing, implementing (and verifying) FPGA solutions for high-speed video interfaces (e.g., PCIe, MIPI, DisplayPort, HDMI, SDI) and memory interfaces (e.g. DDR4)
  • Collaborating with hardware engineers on architecting, integration and bring-up of custom heterogeneous (FPGA/GPU/CPU/MCU) computing platforms
  • Reviewing and verifying FPGA and hardware designs

  • Supporting QA/RA with regulatory and quality assurance tasks
  • Working with Git for version control and CI/CD workflows
  • Developing on AMD/Xilinx development tools (preferred – experience with Lattice FPGAs is a plus)

  • Solid experience with high-speed (video) interfaces (e.g. PCIe, MIPI, DP, HDMI, SDI, DDR4)
  • Familiarity with AMD/Xilinx FPGA tools and platforms, mainly Vivado (but preferably also Vitis Embedded and/or Vitis HLS) and the Ultrascale+ family of devices
  • Familiarity with the basic instruments of an electronics lab to troubleshoot/debug/profile our custom boards
  • Experience with Git-based workflows (GitLab/GitHub) is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical device standards (IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2, IEC 62304) is a plus
  • Familiarity with computer vision (from image sensor technologies to basic image pre-processing) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English
