The FPCRA Lead is responsible for end-to-end finance activities for the Cluster/Market. This includes planning and forecasting, controllership, reporting, and performance analysis.
This role combines planning and forecasting with close and control responsibilities, providing a single point of accountability for financial reporting, insights, and forward-looking perspectives.
The FPCRA Lead partners with Cluster leadership and the Finance Head to support business strategy, ensure financial accuracy, and provide reliable decision support. The role also leads finance teams, including planning, controllership, reporting, and analytics, as well as external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Financial Management
Manage the full finance cycle for the Cluster/Market, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Ensure financial results, outlooks, and narratives are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
Act as a main point of accountability for the accuracy of Cluster financials.
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
Lead planning and forecasting processes and regular updates.
Provide analysis on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Support performance reviews with clear insights and forward-looking perspectives.
Controllership, Governance & Compliance
Ensure financial controls and compliance across the Cluster/Market.
Oversee statutory and management reporting in line with IFRS, company policies, and local regulations.
Monitor compliance and highlight potential risks or issues.
Support resolution of financial risks, control matters, and judgment-based topics.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Develop understanding of business environment, including market, customer, and competitor dynamics.
Partner with Finance Head and business leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
Collaborate with Group Finance functions (Control, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc.)
Participate in regional or global finance forums when needed.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Lead and develop finance teams across planning, controllership, and reporting.
Provide clear direction, role clarity, and expectations.
Support the development of a finance culture focused on insight and control.
Continuous Improvement
Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, including close, reporting, and forecasting.
Contribute to the development of finance processes and ways of working in collaboration with broader teams.
Internal and External Audit teams.
Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
Finance, Accounting, or related field background.
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or similar) are preferred.
Around 10 years of experience in finance, including controllership and financial planning & analysis.
Experience in leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
Experience in compliance, audit, or related areas.
Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
Experience working in shared services or BPO-supported environments.
Background in finance transformation or process improvements is an advantage.
