Carrier is actively recruiting for an FP&A Specialist to join the Fire and Security team in Bradenton, FL
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Professional. In this role you will execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.
Responsibilities
Execute month end close and forecasting processes for the Edwards business while supporting its CFO
Execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans
Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations
Develop P&L, balance sheets and cash flow analysis and projections
Develop analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins
Provide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
Audit financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards
Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an FP&A role
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum of 5years of experience in an FP&A role within a global organization
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas, Standard Reports, Queries, etc)
Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards
Experience with Hyperion/HFM
Experience with JDE (or SAP)
Experience with Data analytics
