Your role:

As Senior Controller FP&A, you will act as a trusted business partner to the Electronics Leadership Team and serve as the functional CFO for SG&A. You will provide fact-based financial analysis that enables timely, well-informed decisions across SG&A and selected strategic initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end SG&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines. You will develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and effective resource allocation. You will also contribute to long-range financial planning across the Electronics business. A key part of your role will be accelerating the use of AI and advanced analytics across FP&A, from data preparation and variance analysis to reporting automation, narrative generation, and self-service insights. Working closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will identify, evaluate, and implement scalable AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision support. You will help strengthen finance processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality so that AI-driven outputs are reliable and actionable. As a credible advocate for innovation, you will encourage the adoption of AI tools and digital ways of working across the Finance community. Throughout, you will communicate financial performance and strategic priorities clearly and transparently to stakeholders at all levels.

Who you are:

  • You have 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance, ideally within a large, international organization.
  • You bring a solid understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and performance management processes, combined with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • You have contributed to or led finance digitalization, automation, or AI initiatives in a professional environment and are genuinely motivated to translate emerging technologies into practical Finance applications.
  • You are proficient in finance planning and reporting systems such as TM1, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Analysis for Office.
  • You have working knowledge of AI and analytics tools used in Finance, such as Microsoft Copilot, Python for data analysis, or equivalent platforms.
  • You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with automation or AI-assisted workflows in these tools is an advantage.
  • You communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively, and work confidently in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • You are solution-oriented, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills, a professional communication style, and fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
