Job Description

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for FIN reporting under US GAAP, manage all accounting functions, organize the annual profit plan and rolling forecast to support the business development, and provide high quality analysis report to identify the risk and opportunities against the business target.

  • In accordance with the guidance of the division, collaborate with finance controller promote the local finance digital development.
  • Organize and prepare annual profit plan and rolling forecast, track and analyze KPI.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze variances against prior forecasts and previous year results; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage all accounting functions and prepare financial reports and analysis to various management levels at regional and corporate.
  • Implement financial policies and internal control procedures to ensure a sound control environment in daily operations.
  • Oversee monthly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Support the Finance Controller in driving financial results and achieving KPIs to meet company performance and annual goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of processes, controls, documentation to drive continuous improvement。
  • Undertake asset controls by conducting fixed assets counts in accordance with financial policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Finance with manufacturing working experience
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, business analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Skilled in Excel, PPT, power BI, key user experience in SAP.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
