Job Description

What you will do

  • Executive Reporting & Leadership support
    • Support preparation of monthly Executive flash packages and leadership presentations;
    • Support preparation of earnings materials, forecast reviews, operating reviews and ad-hoc executive requests.
    • Partner directly with EMEA FP&A leadership to ensure consistent and high-quality financial storytelling
  • Forecasting & Financial planning
    • Support monthly forecast, annual operating plan and strategic planning process.
    • Perform detailed variance analysis versus Plan, Forecast, Prior Year.
    • Consolidate inputs from regional and domain FP&A teams.
  • GMAR & Corporate Deliverables
    • Support preparation of quarterly GMAR preparation and governance
    • Ensure timely delivery and quality of corporate submissions
    • Drive consistency of business commentary and supporting analysis
  • Performance Analytics & Insights
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis (Orders / Revenue / GM / SGA / EBIT)
    • Convert complex data into actionable business insights
    • Support leadership in decision-making through quantitative analysis and scenario modeling
  • Data & Reporting Automation
    • Support expansion of EMEA Analytics Suite.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, Power BI and automation solutions withing FP&A workflows.
    • Improve data quality, governance and reporting standardization across EMEA.
  • FP&A Transformation & Special project
    • Participate in FP&A operating model transformation initiatives.
    • Support process redesign, reporting simplification, and standardization efforts.
  • Stakeholder management
    • Partner with Regional FP&A Leads, Corporate Finance, EMEA Leadership
    • Build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making through fact-based analysis
    • Act as trusted advisor to FP&A leadership

What we look for

Required

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in the role of Financial Planning & Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
  • Knowledge of HFM/One Stream is a plus
  • Advanced Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills,
  • High standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized,
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

Our salary and benefits

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of 2430-3807 EUR per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
