Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield France, a leading player in corporate real estate consulting, is seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager for one of its subsidiaries to support its growth and transformation projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the subsidiary.
• Ensure monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with French GAAP and US GAAP standards.
• Play a key business partner role with the President France as well as EMEA and APAC management teams.
• Functionally report to the Administrative and Financial Director France.

Supervise a team of 5 accountants.

• Lead transformation projects: implementation of electronic invoicing, tool migration, development of dashboards and operational performance indicators, etc.

Profile Sought

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or management (such as DSCG, Master CCA, business school).
• Proven experience as an Administrative and Financial Manager, ideally in the construction, real estate development, office fit-out, or retail sectors.
• Mastery of French GAAP and US GAAP accounting standards.
• Excellent command of IT tools, especially Sage and Essbase.
• Fluent English required (regular interactions with international teams).
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and support change.
• Leadership, rigor, organisational skills, and team spirit.
• Competitive Advantages : In-depth knowledge of the construction, real estate development, office fit-out project management, or retail sectors is a major asset for this strategic position.

Compensation Package : c. +/- 90k (w/o bonus)
