The Opportunity

A fast-growing technology company is hiring an FP&A Manager into a newly created role. You'll take ownership of business unit planning and reporting from the Senior Director of Finance, lead a small team of finance partners, and work directly with business leaders who rely on finance to help them make decisions. The team is set to grow over the next few years, so there's real runway for the right person. The environment is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and genuinely collaborative, with a close-knit, family-oriented culture.

Note this role operates 4 days a week onsite.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the monthly business unit review process, delivering standardized, on-time packages every cycle.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand what drives their results and make the monthly review a tool they use to make decisions.
  • Lead forecasting for business unit P&L, headcount, and capital expenditure, with a focus on improving accuracy year over year.
  • Manage and develop two Business Unit Finance Partners, building their partnering and presentation skills as the team expands.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years in FP&A or business-facing finance, including experience managing staff.
  • A true business partner who quickly learns how a business works and focuses on the drivers behind the numbers, not just tying out the P&L.
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation skills that land with senior, non-finance audiences.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the work comes before a fixed schedule, and experienced partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Team-first, quick to pick things up, and energized by high expectations.
  • Industry experience is helpful but not required.
