An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Manager FP&A to join us at our Headquarters in Stockholm. This is a permanent position which reports to the Head of Business Controlling.

This is what you will do

Business Controllingis a key part of Cerealia Central Finance function. We are responsible for supporting Management and our business units and ensuring they have access to relevant data to make decisions and drive business performance as well as driving the planning processes supporting short & long term objectives as well as driving strategic projects as per the business need.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the integrated business planning and routine reporting processes within Cerealia. You own, drive and develop relevant reporting concepts in addition to analyzing, reporting and consolidating Cerealia financials. You act as owner of our planning tool and our monthly reporting setup. In addition to interfacing with Cerealia business units on topics related to the above, you also act as controller for selected HQ functions including IT, HR, Finance etc.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Hands-on experience from business controlling and demonstrated understanding of business performance drivers
• Experience from working in international companies. Experience from FMCG industry is favorable
• This role is multi-dimensional hence managing diverse set of stakeholders and data complexity comes naturally to you
• We are going through a change programme hence track record from running as well as implementing planning processes and managing change is desirable. Willingness to develop, challenge and improve the status quo.
• Experience with ERP systems (we use Infor M3) and expert level of familiarity with the analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau or Cognos Analytics. You are data driven.
• Expert level knowledge of the common MS-Office applications incl. Excel
• Academic degree in Business or Finance

• A good communicator and have the ability to work cross-functionally
• Able to see beyond the numbers. You have solid business acumen.
• Driven for results, output focused and solution oriented
• Systematic, structured and capable to deliver, occasionally under pressure
• Proactive and curious with interest for process improvement and performance management
• Fluent in English, Nordic language is favorable
