Job Description

Join DP World as a Manager, FP&A based in Melbourne. Lead group financial planning and performance reporting, delivering budgets, forecasts, and insights, while partnering with operational teams to support decision-making and drive performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting to provide clear visibility of business results and the future direction of the business
• Deliver actionable commercial insights, analysis, and dashboards to support operational performance and strategic decision-making
• Drive improvements in finance systems, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business insight
• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to translate financial data into strategy, performance improvement, and investment decisions
• Lead governance across budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and accountability
• Lead, mentor and develop finance team members through coaching, performance reviews and development planning.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, with CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
• Around 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Experience in finance transformation, including systems and reporting improvements
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboarding skills
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making
• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, practical insights
• Good understanding of accounting standards, governance, and compliance
• Strong communicator with solid project delivery and stakeholder management skills
