At Twisto, we're looking for an experienced Finance professional who combines strong FP&A and controlling expertise with a drive to improve, innovate and make a real impact.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building better ways of working rather than simply maintaining established processes.

You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while helping us modernise Finance through smarter processes, automation and AI, working closely with our Head of Finance and teams across the business.

What you'll do

• Budgeting & Forecasting: prepare financial plans, budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Reporting & Controlling: deliver management and Supervisory Board reporting, analyse financial performance and explain key variances.
• Financial Insights: go beyond the numbers to identify business drivers, challenge assumptions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement: help shape and improve Finance processes, reporting tools and data reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Commercial, IT and Data teams to turn Finance needs into practical improvements.
• Technology & Automation: explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and modern Finance tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Ideally 5-9 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or a similar Finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Analytical thinking, business acumen and the ability to turn findings into recommendations.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in improving how things work.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and modern financial technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have: Experience in fintech or technology, ERP/BI tools, Power BI, SQL.
