Purpose:
Responsible for creating accurate and timely financial and management reporting, and actionable analysis for the Healthcare Division and Tekniplex leadership teams.
Essential Duties:
Key contributor to the Division FP&A function.
Non-Essential Duties: Performs other financial/business related duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
Language Skills: Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written. Italian/Spanish language skills preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
IT system capability: Significant experience working with one or more of the following ERP and reporting systems: Hyperion, OneStream, IBM Cognos, SAP, AS400, and/or LN/Infor. Strong Excel skills to allow analysis and interpretation of financial data. Data analysis tools and languages including Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python.
Travel and International background: Role will not require international travel. Occasional Domestic US travel may be required. Familiarity/experience in a global/international business in Europe/S. America/ Asia required.
Mathematical Skills/Equipment:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger and handle, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Pay range for this role: $81,300 - $107,000
