Currently we are looking for exceptional FP&A Financial Analyst to join our team in Lodz, Poland.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Centre of Excellence (COE) team consists of skilled analysts providing comprehensive finance support to global business partners. We ensure our information is meaningful and supports business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and providing financial insights and decision support to business partners. In this role, you will develop strong business partnering capabilities while delivering end-to-end finance support, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and business performance.
Core responsibilities:
Support business partners in understanding their cost base and variances to budget, through creation of value added analysis of results and action focused outputs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and finding solutions to mitigate risks.
Support all business partners in delivery of global finance initiatives, building a best practice approach to FP&A cost reporting and analysis.
Lead the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting activities of FP&A costs for specific functions.
Support various ad hoc requests
Seek ways to continually improve service levels through efficiency gains and stakeholder feedback.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Support strategic initiatives including cost allocation, analysis, and risk management.
Partner with functional heads to understand cost drivers and support budget ownership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and governance.
Requirements:
University degree preferably in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Finance and/or relevant Accounting Course
Min. 2 years in in Accounting and/or Finance roles, experience of working within FP&A environment would be an asset
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis is beneficial
Fluent English is a must
Knowledge of SAP (is a must) & EPM systems (would be an asset)
Intermediate to Advanced level in the use of Excel, knowledge of VBA/Power Query/Macros/PowerBi
Data analysis and interpretation
