Key Responsibilities:
The Global ServicesSeniorFinanceManagerwillprovide overall financial leadershipacross the GS functions in support oftheOrthopaedicsbusinessThe role will have oversightin GSconsolidationsand support FP&A related activities for theGS Orthopaedicsbusiness Responsibilities include
Managefinancialplanning &analysissupportand consolidationsfortheGlobal Servicesscope
Lead the governance for financial tracking and reporting to ensurea consistent and streamlined process across all the GS functions
Standardize financial reviews and reporting packages with GS process leads, which includes overseeingpresentation materials, provide variance analysis, and recommend mitigation plans
Connectand communicatewithglobalbusiness partners toprovide financial guidance and drive insights
Champion a value-driven/cost-effective culture; translate best practices fromdifferent functions
Work with FP&A team to design and implementFP&AProcess and Systemsfor Global Services around the world
Manage TSAs and developnew chargeout process in the new structure
Provide leadership and support on ad hoc project work
Qualifications:
A minimum of aBachelor’sdegree isrequired, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
Required:
A minimum 5yearsoffinance or related business experience
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e.Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to manage and lead teams during a period ofsignificant change
Successful experience of working with virtual teams
Preferred:
MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent
SAP experience
