FP&A Director

【業務内容】
・予算編成、予測、管理報告プロセスを管理する
・ビジネス側の上級幹部の方達との信頼関係を築き、密にコミュニケーションをとる
・必要に応じてエグゼクティブレベルの財務分析をサポートする
・さまざまなシナリオのモデルを作成し、感度分析を実行する
・指定された製品グループに関する AOP の全体的なプロセスを指示する
・社内の会計チームと協力しながら月次決算プロセス、財務報告、GAAP、財務諸表を作成する

8:45~17:30（実働 7.75 時間、休憩 60 分）
※フレックス制度あり（コアタイム無し）

【応募要件】
・日本語、英語(ともにビジネス以上)
・日本のグローバル事業会社のFP&A部門または経営企画部門、または外資系製造会社のFP&A部門での経験。
・海外本社への直属経験または海外勤務経験

完全週休二日制（土日）、祝日、労働祭（5/1）、年末年始、その他会社規定により休日あり
年間有給休暇日数:入社年度分の付与 1 日~23 日(入社月で異なる)入社翌年度分の付与
