Objective:
Coordinar y dar seguimento al área de Planeación financiera, apoyando en la gestion de los costos fijos con los responsables de cada departamento, obtención y consolidación de información financiera, asi como apoyar en el analisis de variaciones buscando riesgos y oportunidades.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
Visibilidad diaria del reporte de costo fijo
Consolidacion de Reporte de ventas diarias
Consolidacion de pronosticos con base a estimado de ventas y costos y gastos de la operacion
Seguimiento de forecast mensual
Soporte clientes internos
Encargado de la carga de información a las bases de datos
Reportes personalizados basados en Tableau
Seguimiento a la informacion de los proyectos en los sistemas de bases de datos (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL)
Apoyo en la elaboracion del presupuesto anual (AOP)
