About the Role
We are looking for a FP&A Controller to coordinate and consolidate all aspects of financial planning and analysis across the Czech Republic business.
This role focuses on forecasting, reporting, and business partnering, ensuring high-quality financial insights and supporting decision-making at management level.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines and alignment across the business
• Perform consolidation and analytical review of financial forecasts and results
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards
• Support board presentations and Group reporting
• Manage profitability analysis (ABC reporting) and strategic P&L modelling
• Collaborate with stakeholders on target setting, planning, and forecasting improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified accountant with experience in FP&A or finance in a medium/large organisation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial data
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (is a plus)
• Knowledge of US GAAP and understanding of local vs. international standards
• Strong organisation and planning abilities in a multi-tasking environment
• Fluent in English and Czech
