About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of Redcare Pharmacy, a fast-growing eCommerce company, and play a key role in shaping how we grow, invest and create sustainable value.

Our eCommerce business combines retail and marketplace business models, creating a dynamic commercial environment with different growth drivers, customer economics and profitability levers. As a FP&A Business Partner, you will be close to the heart of commercial decision-making, co-steering the financial performance of one or more countries or business models.

You will work closely with senior business leaders on some of our most important questions: Where should we invest for growth? What drives customer and business value? How do we improve profitability? And how can we use data and AI to make better and faster decisions?

This role gives you the opportunity to combine finance, strategy and commercial thinking in a fast-moving, data-driven eCommerce environment. We are looking for someone who not only wants to understand performance, but also wants to challenge the status quo and actively shape how we plan and steer the business going forward.

About your tasks:

• Finance Business Partnering: Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and day-to-day commercial decision-making.
• Performance & Value Creation: Understand the key financial and operational drivers of the business, identify opportunities and risks, and drive improvements in profitability and unit economics.
• Commercial Decision Support: Challenge business initiatives through fact-based analysis, business cases and scenario modelling, including topics such as pricing, marketing and growth investments.
• Planning & Forecasting: Drive forecasting, budgeting and longer-term planning, connecting financial outcomes to underlying business drivers. Continuously challenge and improve how we do financial planning, leveraging data, automation and AI to make planning more efficient, forward-looking and decision-oriented.
• Management Insights: Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

About you:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in eCommerce, digital or consumer-oriented businesses.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, profitability and customer/unit economics.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• AI-first mindset: proactively look for opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies to improve planning, analysis, insights and decision-making.
• Commercial mindset and ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions without authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior management.
• Ability to independently own the financial steering of a country, business model or comparable business area.
