All about the role:
As an FP&A Business Analyst, you are part of the backbone delivering the managerial reporting within the Corporatefunctions and structural costs excellenceorganization, as well as driving in-depth analysis of the results. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you act as a financial advisor by providing decision-making support, businessintelligenceand financial performance reporting. In this role, you will prepare daily,monthlyand quarterly management reports, in-depth analysis andparticipatein continuous improvement efforts across our processes.
Whatyou'lldo:
Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business unitsin order todetermineupcoming business opportunities and risks, including monitoring and optimization of structural cost base
Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insightsonoperational trends within the business
Participate inthe period-end closing activities
Play a key role in the business planning and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers throughout the business
Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models
Assistwith the preparation ofdaily,monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes
Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company’s workforce and operational management
Assistwith other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables
Qualifications & Requirements:
Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
Experience within Finance function (finance,accounting,taxand/orbusinessanalysis)
Fluencyin English (business English)
Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
Strong analyticaland problem-solvingskills
Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great socialand communicationskills
Tech savvy with strong interest in financial systems

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide.
