We’re looking to expand our team across the board.
York Space Systems is seeking an FP&A Associate to join our finance team based in our Greenwood Village office. You will have the unique opportunity to partner across functions to support York’s growth and success. This is a high-profile role, reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance.
This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, CO office.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis and key performance metrics
• Manage financial models, forecasts, and program budgets to support strategic financial planning & analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to establish and track G&A and Capex budgets
• Assist with month-end close deliverables
Qualifications Required for the Role
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to build dynamic financial models and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
