Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsibilityof the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycle (budget,forecast and performance reviews).
Maintainand furtherdevelop KHC financial templatesanddecks that provides reliable information to the management team.
Support thecollation andpresentation ofmonthly and quarterly business reviews to the Business Unit CEO/CFO along detailed variance explanations. Ensure that they are fully aware of the shape the business is in.
Leadthe development or improvement ofexisting processes relating to KHC business cycle/financial reporting
Manage business unit P&Land Cash flow(Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea):
Develop metrics to track team-specific and company-wide performance.Identifyopportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels.
Continuously challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement across all functions
Lead WorkingCapitaland CashFlowAgendafor ANJ
Overseethe managementand controloffixed cost spend(ZBB),ensuringspend is according to policy and budgets while partnering with stakeholders tocapture efficienciesand challenge performance
Responsible forANJ reporting infrastructure, including:
Optimizingour financial reports, providingaccurateandtimelyvisibility
Ability to create andmaintainconceptual andhighly complex, efficient, logical financial models.
Work withITandFP&A PlanningandInsights Manager to drivecontinuous improvements of KHC reporting software/systems
Lead Data structure and availability to the business
Manage and continue to develop the FP&A team
Supportother ad hoc requests/analysis/projects related but not limited tobusinessprofitability,long-rangeforecastandstrategicplan
Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.
About you:
experiencein FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
Extensive people management experience
Experience working on transformation projects,demonstratedcompetency in improving efficiency
FMCG industry experience (highlydesirable)
AdvancedExcel and financial modelling skills
Advanced presentation skills, able tosynthesiseand communicateeffectivelywith all levels of the business and cross functionally
Strongstakeholder engagement skills (including leadingELTforums),business partneringand communication skills.
Commercial acumenand ability to interpret complex datasets and simplify messaging
A drive to challenge the status quo, anddemonstratea continuous improvement mentality
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work withandinfluencesenior stakeholders
