• 
  Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

• 
  Manage the full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, customer account reconciliations, and aging analysis.
• 
  Manage the full AP cycle: vendor onboarding, bill processing, approval workflows, and timely payments.
• 
  Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and other accounting/AP platforms.
• 
  Resolve discrepancies with customers and vendors and ensure clean month-end close support.

• 
  Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis

• 
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• 
  Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• 
  Calculate and validate sales commissions in line with company plans.
• 
  Partner with department leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

• 
  Reporting Platforms & Dashboards

• 
  • Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards that surface KPIs in real time.
• 
  • Implement and administer reporting platforms to consolidate data across systems.
• 
  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy

Requirements

• 
  3–5 years of experience running Accounts Receivable.
• 
  3–5 years of experience running Accounts Payable.
• 
  Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.com, and similar accounting and AP platforms.
• 
  Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and commission calculations.
• 
  Experience with reporting platforms and building financial dashboards.
• 
  Foundational familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms used in a business context.
• 
  Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• 
  Knowledge of coding (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) and/or web development.
• 
  Experience automating workflows or integrating finance tools via APIs or no-code platforms.
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• 
  A blend of accounting discipline and analytical curiosity.
• 
  Comfort working across both operational accounting and strategic FP&A.
• 
  An openness to leveraging AI and automation to scale the finance function.
