Financial Analyst – Manufacturing FP&A
Location: Hybrid, based from our European Excellence Hub in Vilnius, Lithuania.

As part of our Excellence Hub, you’ll collaborate with teams across multiple European locations, supporting their efforts to improve energy efficiency, meet sustainability goals, and drive operational excellence. This centralized team plays a vital role in ensuring consistency, sharing best practices, and enabling smarter decisions that lead to stronger results.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be partnering closely with European manufacturing leadership and plant controllers to define, guide, and support manufacturing financial performance. You will ensure forecast accuracy, support cost transparency, and enhance our financial planning processes across multiple production sites in Europe.

What we offer
The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3500 to 4500 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
