Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

Nature and Scope of Role:

The Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Automation and Motion Control FP&A team and will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively; identify and drive improvements; and develop relationships within the finance organization.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Support the preparation and distribution of key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
• Gather, validate, and reconcile financial data from various systems and reporting tools.
• Perform basic variance analysis and investigate unusual trends or fluctuations.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.

Data Management & Controls

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Support compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies and internal control requirements.
• Maintain documentation and work instructions in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline existing reporting processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support data cleansing and standardization efforts.
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, and reporting accuracy.

Stakeholder Support

• Respond to routine inquiries from finance and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to resolve reporting issues.
• Participate in meetings and team discussions related to reporting and planning activities.
• Build effective working relationships with global finance partners.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business Analysis, or similar functions.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of ERP or reporting systems is an advantage (Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Shift: 3pm to 12am
