Responsibilities:
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
Supporting month-end reporting andBUmanagement reportingpacks
Producing insight and commentary on variances, trends, and risks
Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
Work closely with business leaders and IT, be the go-to-person for SW Capitalization process
Responsible for Japan Entrustment process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Economics
5+ years experience in Corp FP&A, commercialfinance or analytical roles
Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clean, scalable, and insightful models
Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements
Excellent communication,presentationand storytelling skills;Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, buildstrongrelationships and supportdecision‑making
High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Support the strategic business initiatives andparticipatein ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics
Change/Growth mindset
Sense of ownership and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Bonus:
Ability to leverage AI tooling to automate the mundane and focus on the "why"
Prior experience supporting engineering function in Tech industry
Recent experience usingHyperion, Oracle
