FP&A Analyst and Business Partner

Major Tasks

Main Purpose & Value to the Business

• Support high-quality and timely business decisions by analyzing financial data and utilizing basic AI, analytics, and automation tools.
• Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, resource planning, and value creation for the Crop Science – Seeds & Traits business across NORLA.
• Transform complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Anticipate risks and opportunities through scenario-based financial thinking.
• Accelerate Finance digital transformation by embedding AI and automation into FP&A workflows.

• Improved decision quality and speed through driver-based, scenario-rich forecasts.
• Established rolling risks and opportunities framework integrated into financial steering.
• Deployment of AI-enabled analytics and automation, reducing FP&A cycle times.

• Experience applying AI or GenAI to finance use cases (forecasting, pricing, automated insights).

Qualifications & Competencies

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Engineering.
• Proven FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Demonstrated impact using analytics or AI to improve financial performance.
• Experience working with matrix and multi-country organizations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience using: GenAI, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Automate.

Position Skills

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Engineering.
• English (fluent oral and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office applications; D1 / SAP / HFM knowledge is desirable.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Solid background in Finance.
• Experience working in multifunctional teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
