About the role

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused FP&A Analyst to join our Government Services International (GSI) finance team. In this global role, you will support multiple regions, delivering high-quality financial insights and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Reporting into the GSI CFO, you will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and business partnering—ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong communication and reporting frameworks across GSI regions, ensuring key stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance and drivers of profitability
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting in line with established deadlines
  • Provide insightful financial and non-financial analysis, including clear commentary to support business decision-making
  • Support and drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring robust assumptions and high accuracy
  • Partner with finance and operational teams during month-end close, ensuring correct revenue and cost allocation, and recommending appropriate accrals
  • Contribute to cost control initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise overheads and improve efficiency
  • Review, streamline, and enhance processes related to revenue and cost recognition, ensuring consistency across departments
  • Support wider business functions with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data collation for strategic decisions
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and performance tracking

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA, CMA, or international accounting equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in FP&A or financial or business analysis within an international or multi-national environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across regions in matrix organisations
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous
