We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial analysis and gain hands-on experience in month-end close and FP&A reporting. The FP&A Analyst will assist in preparing reports and supporting the senior finance team in making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of FP&A reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and updating financial models and reporting packs.
Engage in month end close responsibilities in partnership with accounting to have accurate P&L recognition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
Assist in monitoring key financial metrics
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
Work Experience:
Preferred experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
Skills and Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards.
Analytical skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous
