FP&A Analyst

Minimum Salary: 147200 PLN per annum. The agreed salary for this role will be decided based upon the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Your role in the Team’s Success

· Analysing and explaining underlying business performance drivers covering both revenue and costs

· Extracting, analysing and interpreting large amounts of data

· Designing, maintaining and delivering divisional specific reports (e.g. weekly and Monthly management reporting)

· Cost management analysis – including variance from budget and providing insight and recommendations for cost reductions/efficiencies

· Supporting Senior Finance Business Partner with planning and forecasting processes

· Support the Finance Business Partner with ad hoc analysis to support informed decision making.

Whatyou’llneed for thisrole

Key Qualification Requirements:

· Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Competency with MS SQL and ability to read, write and understand scripts

· Advanced excel and financial modelling skills

· Experience in data analysis and dealing with unstructured data of various quality

· Proficiency in accounting and reconciliation principles

· Willingness to expand knowledge and skillset

· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask

· Experience in using financial planning and reporting tools (e.g. Anaplan) is desirable
