An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its amazing growing finance team. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that the teams are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.

You will play a key part in the development of various business models, monthly & quarterly report packages for senior management and support short and long-term planning process.

About The Role

• Build & develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects, providing management added value and supporting business decisions
• Financial budgeting and on-going forecasting, while engaging various stakeholders in the company
• Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive actionable insights
• Take on the monthly and quarterly closing process (provisions, analysis, monthly reports, and presentations)

Your Experience & Skills

• At least 3+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst from companies with high-growth
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Grounded and original problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent
• Experience working with reporting systems (TM1, Adaptive Insights etc.) – advantage
